A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not comply with our service capabilities or safety standards.
You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your shipment, including but not limited to dimensions, weight, contents, value, and any special handling requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged to withstand normal transport conditions. We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to £1,300 per tonne or the actual value of the goods, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.
We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable or fragile items. Basic coverage is included in our standard rates, but may not cover the full value of your shipment.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations.
